It's no coincidence that my results to my recent personality test came back as a chameleon. As a product manager I've found myself have to blend in whatever room I was in. When dealing with engineering I needed my technical hat, when working with sales I needed my story telling hat, when sitting with users I needed my empathic hat. The list goes on and on for how multifaceted a product manager needs to be.
